* Rotation Unit
AQ-HQ and BQ-HQ two sizes of rotation units can be chosen, which have good interchangeability, each one includes one hydraulic motor, a sealed variable control gear box, one hollow shaft, a hydraulic chuck. The gear box has two transmission gears for variable control, combined with speed-governing motor, it can be speed adjusted infinitely in a safe range, so the drilling efficiency is improved. Changes of jaws on the chuck is easy and quickly, the powerful clamping capacity can clamp the rod strings tightly even if at max. Lifting force.

Thanks for the stable and simple structure design of the rotation unit, it can be worked properly indoor temperature is +40℃, failure rate is low for longer working time without maintenance.

* Rod Holder

1) Opens and closes hydraulically, in case lose of lose of hydraulic pressure, the rod holder closes instantly to prevent dropping of drilling string in the hole. Safety is the priority at the job site, we treat is seriously.

2) Open size of jaws is bigger enough for allowing the free pass of full set of drilling tools, the change of chuck jaws is quickly and safely.

Two types of feeding arm can be selected. All of them are driven by oil cylinder with sophisticate design, which can be moved forward and backward, so the location of drilling rig and handling accidents will be easier, the tracks there can be customized. Totally, it is suitable for underground working condition, the operational costs is lowered, maintenance is minimized.

* Chassis

Our special designed chassis can make the drilling rig moved 360° horizontally without moving rig itself, by using of oil cylinder can make the drilling rig rotated 360° vertically. It is versatile for 360° drilling perfect for your underground drilling with convenience.

* Mast

The mast is divided in three pieces, the middle part can be dismantled for catering for confined spaces in tunnel. Through the different combination of assembly, 1.5m and 3m core barrel assemblies can be used to maximize the performance according to customer's project. Rod bracket roller is mounted for lowering labor strength, the mast can be dismantled easily for free transportation in tunnel.

* Hydraulic Winch

Mounted on the chassis, hoisting stable with increased lifting force. Simple structure maintenance-free design, due to the perfect matching with the hydraulic system, it will start work instantly when you are lowering drilling tools into the hole, and it can be suspended at any position.

Electrical wireline winch is available as a option for customers to choose, however it may need some professional technical support from our engineer to ensuring the performance of matching.

* Control Panel

It is a user-friendly portable hydraulic drilling rig, all of the functions control there are simple, one work can perform the drilling job successfully, for example: Feeding, hoisting, lifting and lowering the drilling tools, make and brake drill rods, etc. The gauges indicate rotation pressure, system pressure and pump pressure, user can get real-time information of the drilling rig and the inside of the hole.

* Power Pack

High efficiency electric motor equipped with piston and gear pumps, hydraulic oil cooler and filter, road wheels design is suitable for moving in the tunnel. This is really a compact design with reliable performance and less maintenance. For daily using, you only have to do is changing oil filter, hydraulic oil and adding lubrication oil regular.

Note: For extreme condition, air cooler is optional for better cooling.
