Ⅰ.Biref

Pit type tempering furnace is cycle-operation electric resistance furnace, mainly used for tempering <650℃ in air of medium and small metal and alloy parts.

The electric furnace has a ventilator device and a wind guide system so that the furnace temperature uniformity is controlled within ±5 ℃ to ensure that the workpiece is heated evenly.
PID zero - crossing triggering thyristor, high precision smart table is used to the temperature control system. High precision temperature control, furnace temperature stability. Bit control can also be used.

Ⅱ.Heating method: electric, can also be heated by nature gas or diesel.
